All Froda products are thoughtfully handmade by me, with great attention to detail and quality. Each piece is unique and created to be treasured for years to come. As everything is handmade it can take between 2-6 weeks for your quilt to be ready to ship.
Shipping Information
UK Orders
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.
International Orders
I am happy to ship worldwide. Please note:
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not cover or control these fees, and they must be paid upon delivery where applicable.
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Returns Policy
I take great pride in every Froda Quilt and truly hope you will love your piece. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I do accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must notify me within 7 days of delivery that you wish to return your item
- Please contact me using the contact form to arrange your return
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
As each item is handmade, slight variations may occur—this is part of what makes every Froda piece special.
